Privacy policy
How this website handles your information. Last updated July 2026.
Overview
JSB Digital is committed to protecting your privacy online. This policy describes the personal information collected through this website at jsbdigital.co.uk (the “site”), and how that information is used.
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to JSB Digital. “You” and “your” refer to site visitors and any other users of the site. “Personal information” means information you voluntarily provide that identifies you or gives us your contact details, such as your name and email address.
Information collected
This site has no contact forms and no mailing list sign-up. It does not collect personal information directly.
If you choose to book a call or send a message, you will be taken to a third-party service — Calendly or WhatsApp — which collects your information under its own privacy policy. Anything you send me that way is used only to reply to you and to arrange the work you're enquiring about.
Activity data
If you accept analytics cookies, information about your use of the site may be recorded — pages viewed, browser type, approximate location, referring URL and timestamps. This is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies
No analytics or marketing cookies are set unless you accept them using the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, none are set. You can also block or delete cookies using your browser settings.
Analytics is delivered through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites, including Calendly, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
Security
Reasonable measures are maintained to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and you acknowledge that information shared online carries some inherent risk.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To make a request, email privacy@jsbdigital.co.uk.
Changes to this policy
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Please review it periodically.
